This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all fee-based services and programmes offered by Gudsky Research Foundation ("Gudsky"). Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@gudsky.org. Requests submitted through other channels (social media, phone, etc.) will not be processed.
VRC membership provides access to a community platform, content, events, and tier-specific benefits for a defined subscription period.
To cancel your membership, email accounts@gudsky.org. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
The Research Intake Programme is a structured, capacity-limited programme with significant pre-programme preparation, onboarding, and resource allocation on our part.
Refunds are not issued for withdrawal due to personal circumstances (relocation, scheduling conflicts, personal decisions) once onboarding has begun.
Research Support services are pay-per-service engagements. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery at the time of cancellation.
Donations made to Gudsky Research Foundation are voluntary contributions to support our non-profit research mission and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
This is consistent with the nature of charitable giving and Gudsky's status as a Section 8 company. Tax deduction certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be issued for eligible donations upon request.
If you believe a donation was made in error or due to technical failure, contact accounts@gudsky.org within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review each such case on its merits.
If your payment is debited but the transaction fails to register on our system (e.g., due to a gateway timeout or network error), please contact us at accounts@gudsky.org with your transaction reference number within 7 days. We will investigate and process a refund within 7–10 business days if the charge is confirmed.
In the event of an accidental double charge, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation.
Gudsky reserves the right to decline a refund request that does not meet the criteria set out in this policy.
